well done, Alex - 1000% more engaging already - just watch the framing - you'll see you keep cropping the front of his feet - get him situated inside the frame more purposefully. There's lots of room for improvement here... but you've just dialled up the quality of this shot hugely - get him to blink to enliven his face too.
